Connells has signed a deal with leading property portal, fish4homes (www.fish4homes.co.uk ), to list all the Group’s properties until the end of January 2010.

Lee Bramzell, Chief Executive of PropertyIndex.com, comments:

As the UK’s second largest estate agency, the addition of almost 40,000 Connells Group properties will boost the stock of homes available to fish4homes users. In turn, Connells Group vendors’ will receive increased exposure due to fish4homes’ local press network of 390 newspapers and 190 websites.

fish4homes attracts 634,000 home buyers every month and, as 30% of them do not visit any other property website, the partnership will enable Connells to tap into a unique online audience.

Connells Group Chief Executive David Livesey comments: “We recognise that the Internet is a valuable additional aid in selling our properties. Our contract with fish4homes means that we now advertise on four of the leading web sites in addition to our own, giving our vendors access to a huge number of potential purchasers and the sort of coverage that few of our competitors can match.”
