Overseas property portal Property Abroad has just launched their redesigned site, and it is not only the design and functionality that has changed; several new countries have been added to their coverage, and dozens of new properties.

"We advertise properties for sale on over 300 websites, some general and some tailored to specific countries or market sectors. Before the re-launch not all of the thousands of properties advertised throughout these sites could also be shown on Property Abroad.com. Now they can," said Les Calvert director of the portal.

"We had to add all the new countries so that they were factored into people's searches properly, this took time and couldn't be done on a live site," Les explained, adding: "the developers have now created an interface to make the addition of new countries a lot easier."

Among the new locations now covered by the portal are: St Kitts and Nevis, Trinidad and Tobago and the Cayman Islands. Overseas property searchers will now find studio apartments in Trinidad and Tobago from under £150k, 2 bedroom units on Grand Cayman for under £200k and 1 bedroom units on St Kitts for under £250k.
